Refresh and edit your pantry and recipe box to include healthy plant-based meals that everyone will want to eat. 

Edit your favorite recipes. Swop out meat with protein-dense plant-based ingredients. When substituting ingredients, consider the differences in taste, texture, moisture content, and the weight required.

My definition of a plant-based diet is meatless; it contains vegetables, legumes, whole grains, nuts, and seeds with little to no processed foods.  Embracing and sticking to it is not always that easy.  Whether you follow meatless Mondays or are all in, check back regularly and discover healthy ingredients to build a plant-based pantry, and try our plant-based recipes and explore swops to adopt.
